Please read this document prior to using the Product. By such use, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand and accept all its provisions and intend to be legally bound by them. If you have purchased a physical Product, the physical components of the Hardware System are sold to you. Whether you have acquired a physical Product or not, the Software, data and Documentation are being licensed to you. If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not use the Product. Notify your vendor in writing, and return the acquired physical Product to the vendor, if applicable. Where Software alone has been acquired, arrange with BlueCat for key removal within 15 days of delivery or download, as applicable, for a full refund.
