Devito’s experience also includes an impressive track record serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Marketwired, which he helped sell to Nasdaq in 2016; Second Cup, which he led through an initial public offering (IPO); and Q4 Inc.

He will drive brand awareness and growth, overseeing activities across product marketing, demand generation, channel marketing, community marketing, and corporate communications functions. David brings more than three decades of technology marketing expertise, having served in leadership positions with Broadcom, CA Technologies, Tenable, and Webroot. More recently, he helped GitLab achieve a successful IPO with the highest pipeline coverage and channel contribution in its history.

Sujeet has over 20 years of financial leadership experience in capital markets, strategic acquisitions, and operating in a global environment, as well extensive financial, operational, and transactional experience in the software industry. Sujeet started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and was Chief Accounting Officer at OpenText Corporation, CFO at Hootsuite, and CFO at Solium Capital which he helped sell to Morgan Stanley.

Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of BlueCat Networks and is actively involved in MDP’s investment in The Amynta Group. He was previously involved with MDP’s investment in Specialty Building Products.

Jai Shekhawat is the Founder and former CEO of Fieldglass which was acquired by SAP in 2014. He was previously a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Mr. Shekhawat also serves on the boards of Signal, Fleet Complete, Highground, Utopia, Four Kites, Xaptum, SomruS, Semantify, HealthEngine and OfficeLuv.
