Stephen was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in September 2020. He joined BlueCat as Chief Financial Officer in 2018 and served as Chief Operations Officer beginning in early 2020. He brings over two decades of senior financial and operational leadership to the CEO role, including as the Chief Financial Officer at Marketwired, which he helped sell to Nasdaq in 2016; at Second Cup, which he led through an initial public offering (IPO); and at Q4 Inc.

David joined BlueCat as Chief Marketing Officer in 2022. He drives brand awareness and growth and oversees activities across product marketing, demand generation, channel marketing, community marketing, and corporate communications. David brings more than three decades of technology marketing expertise, having served in leadership positions with Broadcom, CA Technologies, Tenable, and Webroot. More recently, he helped GitLab achieve a successful IPO with the highest pipeline coverage and channel contribution in its history.

Scott Fulton Chief Product and Technology Officer Palo Alto, California Scott joined BlueCat as Chief Product and Technology Officer in 2024. He drives innovation and oversees BlueCat’s product management, user experience, and engineering teams. Scott brings more than 25 years of enterprise software product management and engineering leadership experience, most recently as founder and CEO of cloud observability start-up OpsCruise. Fulton was previously an executive vice president at Infoblox, where he was responsible for products during the introduction of several security, cloud, and service provider offerings. He also held general management roles at BladeLogic/BMC Software and Hewlett Packard’s management software group.

As Chief People Officer, Cheryl leads BlueCat’s overall people strategy, focusing on attracting, retaining, and inspiring top talent. Cheryl joined BlueCat from Achievers (later acquired by Blackhawk Networks), where she was Vice President of Employee Success.

As EVP, Global Engineering, Matt oversees BlueCat’s engineering, cloud, and infrastructure teams as they build on the company’s vision for a dynamic, open, scalable, secure, and automated DDI environment in every enterprise network. Matt holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in computer science from the University of Toronto, where he also served as a faculty member before joining BlueCat in 2019. Matt brings over 20 years of experience to BlueCat, having held positions at DataMirror (now IBM), Canada Protection Plan, and National Instruments. In addition to his work at BlueCat, Matt holds the academic rank of Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto’s Department of Computer Science.

As Chief Customer Officer, Petrisa is responsible for BlueCat’s customer engagement and ultimately supporting their organizations’ success strategies. Before joining BlueCat, she was at Blackberry, where she was a manager of carrier network service management and carrier billing, managing teams for both North and South America.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Barry leads BlueCat’s growing global sales team, working alongside the rest of BlueCat’s executive leadership. With a passion for developing successful customers, Barry has spent the past 18 years leading high-performance sales teams at growth-stage software companies including Ping Identity, Cast Iron Systems, Group 1 Software, and BigFix, Inc.

Francisco joined BlueCat as Chief Financial Officer in 2023. He oversees BlueCat’s accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, legal, IT, internal audit, and tax functions. He brings more than 15 years of finance experience to BlueCat, having held finance leadership roles at 360Learning, E2Open, and Forterro. Francisco was part of the team that prepared E2open to go public on the NYSE in 2020, has integrated more than $400 million in company acquisitions across the Americas and Europe, and built and led finance teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Andrew works closely with BlueCat’s CEO and executive team to chart BlueCat’s course as it continues to build market share. Previously BlueCat’s Chief Product and Technology Officer, Andrew also works with leading enterprises and technology partners as BlueCat creates more value for its current and prospective customers.

Iveshu is a Managing Director for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2010, Iveshu worked at Lazard Freres in their technology M&A group. Iveshu received an M.S. and a B.S. from Stanford University.

Tim is a Managing Director for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Since joining Audax in 2002, Tim has been involved with more than 30+ of Audax’ platform companies across software/technology and business services sectors. Prior to joining Audax, Tim worked at Bain & Company in its Boston and Singapore offices. Tim received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Cornell University.

Tripp is a Vice President for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2016, Tripp worked at L.E.K. Consulting. Tripp received a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
