Stephen was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in September 2020. He joined BlueCat as Chief Financial Officer in 2018 and served as Chief Operations Officer beginning in early 2020. He brings over two decades of senior financial and operational leadership to the CEO role, including as the Chief Financial Officer at Marketwired, which he helped sell to Nasdaq in 2016; at Second Cup, which he led through an initial public offering (IPO); and at Q4 Inc.

Peter Brennan joined BlueCat as the Chief Revenue Officer in January 2025. He is responsible for driving the overall revenue growth strategy including direct leadership of the field teams including sales, technical, channel, and alliances. Peter brings over two decades of business and sales leadership experience in the technology industry. Most recently, he was the CEO of Scality, Inc., as well as the worldwide CRO for Scality, Grp. Prior to this, he held executive roles with VMware and HPE, where he led transformational execution and strategies to achieve record growth.

David joined BlueCat as Chief Marketing Officer in 2022. He drives brand awareness and growth and oversees activities across product marketing, demand generation, channel marketing, community marketing, and corporate communications. David brings more than three decades of technology marketing expertise, having served in leadership positions with Broadcom, CA Technologies, Tenable, and Webroot. More recently, he helped GitLab achieve a successful IPO with the highest pipeline coverage and channel contribution in its history.

Scott Fulton Chief Product and Technology Officer Palo Alto, California Scott joined BlueCat as Chief Product and Technology Officer in 2024. He drives innovation and oversees BlueCat’s product management, user experience, and engineering teams. Scott brings more than 25 years of enterprise software product management and engineering leadership experience, most recently as founder and CEO of cloud observability start-up OpsCruise. Fulton was previously an executive vice president at Infoblox, where he was responsible for products during the introduction of several security, cloud, and service provider offerings. He also held general management roles at BladeLogic/BMC Software and Hewlett Packard’s management software group.

As Chief People Officer, Cheryl leads BlueCat’s overall people strategy, focusing on attracting, retaining, and inspiring top talent. Cheryl joined BlueCat from Achievers (later acquired by Blackhawk Networks), where she was Vice President of Employee Success.

As Chief Customer Officer, Petrisa is responsible for BlueCat’s customer engagement and ultimately supporting their organizations’ success strategies. Before joining BlueCat, she was at Blackberry, where she was a manager of carrier network service management and carrier billing, managing teams for both North and South America.

Francisco joined BlueCat as Chief Financial Officer in 2023. He oversees BlueCat’s accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, legal, IT, internal audit, and tax functions. He brings more than 15 years of finance experience to BlueCat, having held finance leadership roles at 360Learning, E2Open, and Forterro. Francisco was part of the team that prepared E2open to go public on the NYSE in 2020, has integrated more than $400 million in company acquisitions across the Americas and Europe, and built and led finance teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Andrew works closely with BlueCat’s CEO and executive team to chart BlueCat’s course as it continues to build market share. Previously BlueCat’s Chief Product and Technology Officer, Andrew also works with leading enterprises and technology partners as BlueCat creates more value for its current and prospective customers.
