The level of Collaboration and Transparency we strive for is impossible without being an inclusive workplace. Take BlueCat’s senior leadership team. 40% of leadership team members are women. In the technology industry, the average gender division is 70% men and 30% women.

A variety of programs and initiatives at BlueCat support career growth while taking work/life balance into account.
